$5,000 Reward

Crime does not pay. However, the Wisconsin Electric Cooperative Association will pay $5,000 to any person who provides:

  • Information leading to the conviction of a person who willfully damages property belonging to an electric cooperative operating in Wisconsin.
OR
  • Information leading to the conviction of a person who willfully damages other property that causes a service interruption for electric cooperative members in Wisconsin.

Help us keep your power bill low and reliability of service high—report suspicious activities! Beyond costly damages to a cooperative, vandalism can lead to power outages, or worse, unsafe conditions that can be fatal.

Three Ways to Report Suspicious Activity

  1. Contact local law enforcement;
  2. Contact your electric cooperative; or
  3. Call the Wisconsin Electric Cooperative Association at (608) 467-4650.
