Representing electric cooperatives from across Wisconsin, the WECA Board of Directors serves as the association's governing body. The board consists of 12 members from four districts, with each district represented by two directors and one manager. This structure ensures that both elected director and management perspectives help guide the association's strategic direction and priorities.
