We are offering a staggered registration process this year based on member benefits. WECA Associate Members get first opportunity with their member benefits, then non-members (as space allows).
The trade show registration opens on the following dates for each group:
WECA Members | Trade Show Registration Opens Monday, July 13
Non-WECA Members | Trade Show Registration Opens Monday, August 3
*Trade show registration deadline is Friday, August 28, or when all vendor spaces are filled, whichever comes first.

NOTES: Booth area footprint is approx. 10'x5' which includes (1) 8-ft. table and 2 chairs. Tables colored in HOT PINK (denotes current WECA Associate Members) and LIGHT PINK (denotes current non-members) with the company name listed.
Let us know if you need us to change your table #'s. This layout may change if hotel needs to change layout due to space or capacity regulations. *Tables 13-18 are non-electric spaces.

Spaces 13-18 and 41-53 will need to wait until after 1 p.m. (TBD) to set up as this area is being used by the line sups. meeting until 12 p.m. The hotel will be flipping that room into vendor space after 12 p.m.
